Default PITTS MUFFLER BROKE

I have a Bisson pitts muffler on a MDS .58 and had one of the exhaust pipes fall off, I tried to weld another pipe made of aluminum on and it fell off,any suggestions?

How did you weld it?

If you used those aluminum welding rods (or Alumaloy as it's called) very likely the muffler temp got too hot. That stuff has a low melting point which how those guys at trade shows "weld" soda cans.

Should be TIG welded for best results.
