Default Need some conversion info.

I have not messed with any conversions before, but I am interested in something that will be compareble to a 1.20 4 stroke, if such an animal exists. What engine is the lightest once converted with similar power output? I am gusing something arount 20-25cc.
Thanks

Most often the conversion scene is one of convience, Thatis, you find a old weed whacker or chain saw with a good or rebuildable power head and convert it. You might wind up with most anything.

To meet your parameters, the Kioritz or Echo engines would be good candidates for conversion.

Enjoy,

Jim

at http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_15...%2Cecho/tm.htm there is lots of info on how to keep an engine very light, even lighter than a comparable 4-stroke
