I'm also converting a 33cc Poulan(chainsaw) on glow and it ran on glow with a 18-10 and the stock muffler. Didn't get good numbers as the carb isn't adjusted yet. Using a wt-324 walbro and will need a redesigned test mount as mine wasn't as sound as I had thought and the vibs are high. Still in the works and it will eventually go a a large SPAD.

Maybe the high VIBES was unseating the fuel control needle. Get it (engine) on a good mount and run her again!!! Capt,n PS try a different prop...maybe that will help the vibes

If you don't have an original "GLOW" carb from a Zenoah 23 as mentioned in the first thread, there will be a problem getting enough fuel.

The carb will have to be modified.

Enjoy,

Jim
