I think they are basicly ryobi engines, not totally sure but if they are, then there is plenty of info on this board, search ryobi and see if any pictures match what you have

the 24cc talaon i have is a copy of the komatsu/zenoah engine found in trimmers. same as the G23/26 but with larger, finned flywheel. haven't had the clutch off it yet but i assume it also uses the same crank taper as the zenoah and a few others so the same hub could be used.

Hi:
I converted a 24 cc for a friend. We placed the wheel so it runs counterclockwise, as any other engine, and custom made our hubs.
We used a 16x8 prop thjat seems to run very good, since the engine was brand new.
Perhaps with more break in it will perform better, but it is quite a good suday flyer engine
Later I placed a ignition system and removed over 500 gmrs. in weight.
try some, the are very easy to hand start.

Try sloting the screw holes in the mag mounting place. This way you can try changing the timing for more power. Change out the muffler the stocker is quiet but, its a real power robber.

We drill a 5/16" hole from the top down through all the fins. One on each side of the exhaust port. Take a length of 5/16 rod about 1.25" or so and drill and tap it through the side. Slide it down the hole and bolt your muffler to the rod. Its like a t bolt.. We made some adapters to fit up a ST 3000 exhaust system/muffler
