Does anyone offer an aircraft backplate similar to the WHH marine mount? I have only been able to locate a flat mount plate that uses the original crankcase stuffer.

I want a solid metal backplate/mount that does a better job of stuffing the case. The stock backplates, plastic and metal, produce a large crankcase volume for better low speed performance. A good radial mount would make the Homie a lot more viable.

Hi,
The best method is to mill off about 100 thousands from the back of the case. This lightens the engine while decreasing case volume. Use the stock backplate with a plate mount. Do a search on the canadian RC forum. A guy cast a nice mount for the homey 25/30cc trimmers.
