Hi,

I've got an Echo/Kioritz 58cc engine out of a blower. I would like to use it on my Wild Hare 28% Extra. It's a little tired inside, and I'm wondering if it's worth fixing. The transfer ports look a bit small. Does anyone have any experience with this motor??? Is it worth freshening up, converting, and using or should I use another engine?

Nobody with any larger Kioritz/Echo experience???? Also, watch how you shop. I looked up a new piston assembly and cylinder for this engine. $226.00. Same companies I checked sell a complete new long block for $220.00!!!
