My ryobi is still in its weed wacker state, but as this will be my frist converson I would like to have it running well before converting it.
The engine starts fine but once its warmed up (after about 2mins) it starts to die and wont restart till its cooled down.
Any ideas
Cheers stu

LuLu: Does your Ryobi 31cc have good compression yet ....will it hand start? If not maybe its is ready for a bowman piston ring too! Capt,n.

Thanks for your replys, I cleaned and adjusted the carb and got it running really well. But after I stop the engine fuel started to drip out the carb air intake and the engine becomes flooded, but when the engine is running and i tilt it over so that it has to start sucking the fuel it starts to die.
The carb diaghram looks to be a little hardend do you think this could be my prolbem?.
It has a zama c1u carb, is it a good idear to swap to a walbor carb if so what one?
