great sub-forum but there seems to be alot of irrelevant threads started lately. perhaps people don't understand what "engine conversions" means? maybe the sub-forum should have a new name like "giant scale gas engine conversions". i just don't want to see this place clogged up with threads that belong elsewhere.

I agree with you to the point. The threads that do not fit in this forum should be redirected or eliminated. I come here to learn more about GAS CONVERSIONS, there are other forums for the unrelated posts that are now showing up here.

I believe the problem is that this forum displaced the "Engine Discussion" forum as the first item under The Engine category. Some folks simply got used to clicking on the first link.

I would think re-positioning this forum towards the end of the the listing order should prevent most, if not all, of the misplaced threads.

One of the other mods has brought this thread to the attention of the RCU bosses....
