Default Homelite engine idle

Further to my previous post about tuning my homy, I referred to the fact that the idle was far to high and one suggestion was to change the carb as some homys had no idle adjustment.
You may all be interested to hear I have solved the problem, I took a look at the butterfly and found it had two holes in it, so I made another butterfly without said holes (in the interest of experimentation), the engine starts without problem and I can set the idle to whatever speed I like, I have to say that I feel great that a simple solution without cost worked, doesn't happen very often. Hope someone out there finds this can help you. Joe
