Default 4 lbs Ryan 31cc

I just completed a Ryan string trimmer conversion just for kicks, i think its a 31 or 32cc, always was a strong runner, had it for 20 years in storage. the completed engine with prop hub and all weighs 4lbs even on my less than stellar scale. ???? Is this considered way to heavy for plane applications??? I have several others i can work on, and don't have a plane to put one on, just fun to do it.
Thanks
