Default question: socket head screws in Oz

OK, please forgive me for living in a place where the LHS has no.... well, in fact where there is no LHS (remote NW Oz). Can anyone save me half an hour of googling by suggesting an online source of small fasteners (ideally Australian-based)? Specifically I'm looking for some socket head cap screws to replace the standard torque screws in a homelite 25cc.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Since I live in the USA, I can't really give a definitive source in Australia for the socket heat screws you need. However, you might try an industrial supply house, McMaster-Carr for example, or a place that supplies cutting tools and fasteners to industry. They should have access to both inch and metric series fasteners.

Hey Shinbones,

Have a look at www.ausbolts.com.au

They specialise in fasteners for modellers, and are in Oz.

Cheers KMM
