Default WT-324 on Homy 25cc?

There is a guy selling these WT-324, 11mm carbs with plastic velocity stack. He says it will work on my Homelite 25cc weedeater engine.

Will it? And if so what mods will I have to do to make it work? Or is it plug and play?

John

I don't know if his 324's will work or not, they may. I had a WT-324-1 with an 11.1 mm venturi that I tried to get to work on mine. It was new, but I never could get it to idle well. I ended up buying the G26 carb from my LHS and had no further problems. It was plug and play. If you want my 324, I'll send it to you for postage.

Hey andernamen, how you doing?
This is War Bird Radio from RCGroups. I'm the one doing the Homelite conversion on that site at the moment.
I'ts been so long since I was on RCU that I forgot my password and my email address has changed so I had
to make a new login.

I'll PM you on the carb.

Thanks

I want to use the wt 324 on my moki glow to gas but i am confused the fuel lines is just under the plate with walbro on it the other one activates the diafram on the needle side. Must you drill and tap your own hole on the plate with walbro written on it , what must you do with the other pipe

The smaller one must be plugged

The other is the fuel inlet

The pulse signal hole is in the end that bolts to the engine

If you run a external pulse line, you must drill and tap the Walbro cover at one of the bosses and mount a nipple
