16cc is equal to .97 ci. So you might get away with a 120 size plane.Looking at the engine requirements .90 to 1.5 you fall into the low end of that range. Do you have pics of this engine?

I just picked up the engine yesterday.As of now it is still a string trimmer.I can take a few pics if needed.The only airframe i have at the moment is a Balsa USA Phaeton II which i suppose is to small.

If i remember correctly it said 90 4 stroke was the top end of the engine range.I would go look but this computer i am on is so slow.I can check tonight.

depending on the weight, and the performance, it would go on a 60 sized cub or a fourstar 60 just fine. It probably wont be a power house, but would probably be great for just boring holes in the sky.

The thing about conversions is that the cost to convert is about the same no matter what engine you choose.
Find a plane, then pick an engine to power it with would be a logical thing to do.
There are a lot of free engines out there.
And a lot of inexpensive air frames at swap meets.

Yea thats what i was trying to do.I am probably about 100 miles from any large clubs that have swap meets.Gonna have to make a road trip i guess.
