hbk tail drift ?

i was wondering when you guy's had your tail all diled in good and the none hhg setup so the tail held good. what direction did your tail drift ? mine drift's to the right is this normal? also anyone tell me how there tail belt is holding up? mine seems good still but everytime i fly i see tail grindings around the bird . is this normal? does all the hbk's have belt grinding somewhere. all in all the heli sounds good when its up in a hover nothing out of the norm. and does anyone have the esky hhg how is it ? i am thinking of getting one soon.

If you have the tail set up perfectly it shouldn't drift at all (though if there is any wind it will "weather vane" and tend to nose into the wind). Of course in the real world it's impossible to get it absolutely perfect, but it'll drift either way depending which way you're off. If you're patient, you can get it pretty close to perfect though. With a rate gyro, once you get the mechanical setup close, you can just dial in the last little bit with the rudder trim.
The esky HH gyro is ok but not great. Of course my other gyro is the GY401 which sets the bar pretty high

btw - forgot the first part of the question. I use a gy90 in HH mode and as gnd2 says - get it set as close as you can get and use the trim for the final bit. If you have a programmable radio you increase the head speed earlier in the curve to speed up the tail and get better holding power. Not sure if you can do that on the stock tx.
