I was looking at this new shaft, kinda like the turbo shaft for my Lama V3 but it says that I need an aluminum head to finish the job. What and where can I get one? Please help. http://www.helitek-rc.com/cgi/commer...t=Shafts&pid=3

Well instead of waiting for an answer I went to HeliDirect and got the Xtreme aluminum shaft upgrade. Says it's 5mm longer and will reduce blade stricking. Which is what I'm looking for. But the ones on HeliTek say that the V3/V4 will have crazy speeds with the 1 or 2cm shafts.

The XTREME shafts are very good. 5mm will help along ways with reducing the blade strikes. You mad a good choice! Works with stock upper grips along with the XTREME upper heads.

Well my new Xtreme tail is on the way along with the new shaft. I think the landing gear is next. How do you guys feel about the aluminum swash plate? Also what other mods would help for better outdoor flight?

The XTREME blades are really good. Much much more durable than the stocks.

The alum swash is a nice piece, but adds very little to the flight characteristics.
Watch my site for the nearly unbreakable 'GOLDSLINGER' flybar! Its a great deal. No more slight bent flybars, no toilet bowl effect. Should be available by monday or tuesday!

Once it's available please let me know, or post a link, i'll order one same day. How much? Xtreme blades I have and since I installed them I have a shutter problem with my top blade when in flight. You can see how they jump up and down about half an ince. The lower blades seem damn near perfect but I think the tops may be that way because the fly bar is a little off. Again, let me know. I NEED a new one. Thanks for the heads up, Joe
