Didn't make it off the ground!
Spent almost 2 hours getting the new 43T pulley and E-Flight 400 main gear on. The 400 main gear with bearings does not fit as close as the Esky part does and requires some muscle.
The helicopter seems to spin less, but it wouldn't get off the ground at all. It started shaking and fell over and snapped a blade. I have NO stripped servos, I checked. However, I did notice one of my blade holders severely bent. Would this be why I couldn't get it off the ground? I could pick up head speed but no lift.
Sorry, pics are from my iPhone. Its 3AM now. Its the blade holder on the right in the pic.
I didn't notice anything else bent.
Also, my gyro has NEVER made the 3 beeps when I connect the battery? I think it should have. I guess I'll swap the Telebee on in the mean time while waiting on parts.

That blade holder is probably giving you a bad pitch, not gaining lift, but didn't it happen after it tipped over?
As far as the gyro, isn't it the ESC that beeps? I believe the gyro just blinks until it's done, so it may be fine.
Sorry if I confuse you, I don't even have a copter yet! lol
SOON!

Sorry, I should have stated I crashed it earlier tonight from about 7-8 feet down prior to taking it out this evening. What is the name of the bent part above that I need to order?

I'm pretty sure it's the feathering shaft...

motor makes the beeps. Gyro should stop fast blinking after 10-15 secs, then it is initialized. Main blade grip looks bent to me, you will probably have to change the feathering shaft inside the grips also, they tend to bend easily in any type of crash. Replace mine on a regular basis on my belt cp, even after a minor crash, it bends. Not sure about the king but belt cp uses 5.5 mmhex driver to get the nut off in the main blade grips( 2 would be better, buy I use needle nose on the othe side)

2. It's the feathering shaft that's bent. Swap it out.
3. Take your entire head set off the heli and see if the main shaft is bent.
4. gyro makes no beeping noisese. The initiation made by BrushLess ESC makes noises on BL motor.
Gee.. Dont you dare to lift off without completing radd's. You can do that only if you would like to pay about 100 bucks in repair and headaches.
I also suggest you to getyourself a bunch of feathering shaft, bell control armset and a pair of extreme plastic blades.

Xtreme Blades suck and ill brake more parts. Stay with woodies and fix the bent feathering shaft. Then adust your servo position on the tail to stop the spinning.

I bought a big bunch of em when i first bought my CP.

for the life of me I can't get the thing to stop spinning in circles. I have adjusted the Telebee gyro in all kinds of ways. The most recent crash a half hour ago cost me another set of blades, vertical fin and a landing skid (I had on training gear!). I had it flying pretty good but I feel like I'm constantly holding the tail to the left. I hit the ground full tilt.
