OK, here is the deal, Ihave a HBCP3 with stock setup. I know my answer is probably no but here goes. In normal mode the pitch curves are ok, heli hovers at a little over half throttle. When i spin it up to half it gets light on the skids and i flip the idle up switch. Heli then takes 3/4 throttle to get off the ground. My problem is it is not to smooth of a switch. After flying in idle up, I land and flip my switch to exit idle up and the heli lifts off. there is really a bit of - pitch at half throttle in idle up mode. If I had a aftermarket TX i could fix this easily with the settings. So my question is, Is there anyway to adjust this with the stock setup? I am very mechanically inclined so it seems any adjustment made will throw off one or the other. If i lower swash to get a hover at a lower throttle setting in idle up it will just hover at a lower setting in normal mode. So am I stuck with this till i swap TXand RX or is there something i am missing that can be adjusted. Like I said, Iam pretty sure there is noway to change it since all the mixing is already done for you in the stock setup. So if anyone knows something i do not please inform me.

Hey Redman,
I don't have a HBCP3, but I do have a Belt CPV2. If the Tx is the same, here's what you can do to ease that transition:
Before spinup, set the HOV.PIT dial to the 9:00position (down to about 1). This changesthe pitch curve, and I think the throttle as well. Spool up tohalf throttle. At this point the heli should not be trying to lift off yetand the blades will be spinning at close to full throttle. Switch to Idle Up. You will see the blade pitch change, but the rpm should stay fairly constant. It should be a pretty smooth transition. Then while the heli is stillsitting there, turn the HOV.PIT dial back to the 12:00 position.Go fly!
When you land do the opposite. Throttle to mid stick, HOV.PIT dial to 9:00, Idle up off, throttle down.
Hope this helps.
