Mine flies great with CG at 135mm. You may have too much slop with the stock elevator setup. I thought the original elevator setup was iffy. My mod was 2 servos instead of just one, mounting directly on fuselage outside near the wing and run 4-40 rods directly to elevators. Strong and no slop setup. Only had to put one oz of lead behind fuel tank to balance. I have the original version.
