I just recently started flying and I just graduated from my trainer to my Dragon Lady 40. Not that fast compared to you guys, but much faster for me. Hopefully I will eventually fly a jet!

cobra sweet ride! any of you speed junkies fly any ball breaking electrics on your "days off"? my concrusher gets out more than the dusts . around 110 in level flight but for it,s size it delivers as much adrenalin as a d dust with a jett up front! ya gotta hear a 3/3 prop spin up to 40,000 to beleive it! super dave, got any numbers for mike & i yet ???....rob m

the concrusher has finger holes in the bottom, just gotta get your fingers out of the way in a hurry! setup is himax 2025 5300 , phoenix 25 , a 2250 tanic 3s pack & a gws 3/3 prop. draws 29 amps static (i,m assuming it drops as the prop unloads) but your supposed to use wot sparingly....( yeah right!) ...rob m

Dave,
The guy with the Dragon Lady deserves a # because you got to start somewhere!
I have seen him fly and he has only flown about 12 times and in those 12 flights he got board with the trainer about the 6th flight and bought the Dragon Lady which as you know is a tail dragger low wing!
He did all of this while losing his job and he was already broke before that!
The kid has his priorities in line?[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]
Just my 2 cents but I know he will make a great future Rev Bro!

If you go that way, don't forget to strengthen the wing, as several had "folded wings" (do a search here)... stock balsa spar CANNOT sustain high g manoeuvers...

This is one of Stans planes a P-51 it has a 38 inch wing span. This started out as a 15 size plane i have a OS 32 SX-H, its a ringed helli engine turning almost 21K RPM (its not realy broke in yet hopeing to get around 23K with the Ultra thrust muffler after its broken in )[8D]
My first speed plane was a Grimlin (a flying wing with a 46 inch wing span) should fly with 25 but i had a OS 46 FX with a tuned pipe. the thing would humm around about 120 MPH

....Chris, welcome to the Revvers Brotherhood....your # is 139. Try to re-post your images. If the file name for the picture has a"&" in it, that may
be the reason for the red-X instead of the image. There used to be this glitch in the
system, I don't know if it is still there. I found it by accident one time trying to post
an image with the the file titled...." plane with K&B".
And welcome to R/C Universe as well....

I'm so excited to be part of the Revver's Brotherhood! The best speed plane group out there! I can't wait to learn how to go as fast as possible! I'm trying to decide on my next plane that will let me go even faster than what I'm doing now. Should I get a Patriot .40? Or should I get a ducted fan jet? What should I get next???
