I've got an MVVS Q500 stuffed in mine. I am all the way to the point of painting and have stalled again. Was yours wayyy nose heavy? mine is even after taking 1.5" off and moving everything back. Did you need a header tank and or Perry pump to feed the motor?

Sorry Vicman, that was almost twenty years ago. I can imagine that i did balance it as i normally do a pretty good job on that but i can't remember what gear was in it or how i worked out the balance. I do remember that the TT46 which i still have and which has never flown in anything else since provided plenty of power and that there was no pump or header tank. I want to say that the tank was included with the kit but i could be wrong and don't remember what i did put in it. I do remember that while not a record setter, it was pleasantly fast for a foam jet back then and was smooth flying. Maybe i'll pop in some old VCRs and try to find a video of it.
