SWING WING SPEED BABY!
Found some old pic's of my swing wing project back in 87'.[X(]

THANKS SJ. Did get a real kick and a lot of laughs out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Will not say more, you are much too close in distance, and I am getting too slow to outrun you. Must assume you have lost most of that overlapping stomach in picture 1. ENJOYED

Back in the day "Before the Doo" when I was less learned in this world of physic's I built this beautiful chrome swing wing speed plane. It did fly for a bit then Stalled hard due to a severe c/g problem!

SJ, I looked at the idea a couple of years ago and figured that the tank and battery would need to be able to move aft with the sweep mode. In regular wing mode, the model would end up being flown as tail heavy as possible. I drew up a fighter for 1/2A power and didn't think I could make it light enough for the plane to be flyable in full sweep. I think the size you picked was a good one to make the idea work.
