Default Complaint

[&o]As near as I can figure, it has been about two months, since I joined this org. Paid my dues and was to receive a cap, subscription and what else I can not remember. To date I have received nothing. Sent an e-mail to the editors a week or so ago about this but received no answer. How do I get my money back for this non action? I realize this may not be the location to post this item but have tried elsewhere with no success.

The lag for subscriptions and hats can take 4-6 weeks. We basically run reports at months end so if you upgraded early in the month the report generated to get our list to the magazine you subscribed to could be delayed by a maximum of 4 weeks. Next you have their delay in processing and mailing which can take at least 2-4 weeks. The caps we ran out of our first run and just received our next shipment in a week or so ago. You should be receiving that shortly.

I have sent this to the person in charge of this to ensure this is taken care of and I apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

I assure you that you WILL get everything you paid for that was promised in the upgrade.
