I am trying to upload an avatar, but I get the message that the file is to big. Is there anyway to compress a pic to upload it or how do I know what size pictures will fit and where do I find them. Thanks

make sure the image is less then 7.5k in filesize and under 75x75 pixels in dimension. jpg or gif will work. do that and it should work fine
