I'll try the large one as a gif

Can anyonetell me how to calculate prop RPM, & pitch into approximate speed of plane?

The gif images seem to work fine , so that's what I'll use!

Nice subject matter BTW - I really like the L39. Sadly the one I crewed on at Reno has still not been found, even though it disappeared over 3 months ago. I recently got a copy of one of the videos that we shot from the tail of the aircraft as it went round the pylons - I'll try to share it as soon as I can find a suitable way to get it converted from WMV to MPG (My [limited usefulness] earthlink website is rather restrictive in the formats it accepts).
