Notify via Email problem
By default, when I post to a thread I am interested in following, on any RCU forum, I check the box that says "Notify me via email, if someone replies". In the past, this meant that I would continue to receive notification, via email, whenever there was a new post to a particular thread on a forum.
Lately, I am finding that even though I have checked that box, I fail to be notified, on some forums, when new threads are posted, or I may receive notification for a week or so and then I stop getting notification.
How can I ensure that I continue to receive email updates of new replies to a thread?

I receive all my email through my Road Runner email server and then I forward it all directly to Gmail. This is because the Gmail Inbox is 5Gb, where RR was only 10Mb, and also because the email client, for my cell phone, displays Gmail much more clearly than RR. I do not think that this has anything to do with why I do not receive emails from some threads that I post to.
