I don't mind PMs from any member (even if they're nasty.....I just laugh), but I don't like the following sent directly to my e-mail account:

I agree, I don't know what that guy is trying to do on here, but all his post are for his batteries that he is selling. Can he be banned or something like that?

Hey AutoXman......maybe your complaint about me posting a complaint in the General Disscussion should be put in the Complaint Forum. Oh wait....darn....maybe this post should go in the Complaint forum as now I am complaining again....

If you do not wish for other forum members to be able to send you emails, you need to adjust your RCU profile.
This can be done by going to "my account" at the top center of the web page.
Select "Forum Settings".
About half way down, you will find "My Preference".
There is an email option here. Make sure " Allow others to send you e-mail? " box is not selected.
Once done, be sure to go to the very bottom of the webpage and select "OK" to save your changes.

Thank-you I8Tweety....just did it. You're the cat's meow....!!!
I wouldn't mind advertising like that as a PM, but I didn't want it coming to my e-mail. Didn't realize it was set to "public viewing"

My wife is a tweety-a-holic I'll hide this post from her.... wait she does not read this or get within 20 feet of anything RC.
Look at the bottom left of your reply and there are icons, E-mail PM Addr. Block Gallery Search My Models.
If the Email is showing then the feature is enabled, You and Argess have it disabled (because its not showing)
But the reason I am responding here is to test something that happened last year. Let me know if it worked ????????
