R6008 receiver question

I just ordered a TM-8/ R6008 combo to use in my 9CAP super which I love and wanted to keep using. I wanted to know what the difference is in the R608 and the R6008 receivers.

The R6008HS receiver offers high-speed mode on channels 1-6, which gives improved performance when using digital servos.
