14 MZ back up error
When I turned on my 14 MZ this morning I got a screen screaming "Back Up ERROR".. The radio will go to a frequency change screen, but is essentially locked up.. I can't find back up error in my manual.. Please advise.

You may want to remove the frequency module and see if it comes on OK.
You can try re-doing a software update. Sometimes, the software gets corrupted.
Otherwise, if nothing works, the transmitter will need to come into the service department to have a chip issue addressed.

The problem was the internal lithium battery. Futaba Service center replaced and now working perfect again. BTW, Futaba received my tranny on a Thursday and I received it back the following Tuesday, GREAT SERVICE!!!!
