Receiver link switch
Hello, I have a new R2008SB receiver, my son pushed a little to hard on the link switch and busted it off! I was still able to link it by putting a small piece of metal across the contacts.
My question is, now that its linked do you think it will be ok, or is that switch serve another purpose?

It only serves to link the RX. However, I'd be concerned that something else might be stressed if it was pushed hard enough to break the switch. I recommend sending it in to service. If you choose to keep flying it there is no guarantee that something else may have been damaged.
