Default 6X Dual Elevator Problem

I just spent 2 hours trying to get my 6XAS to work with dual elevator servos. I read posts here and the FAQ on Futaba's web site and now matter what I do, I cannot get the slave servo to go in both directions. I can get it to go down, but not up. Please help. Please also explain how you can tell if you are editing the amount of mix as compared to adjusting the throw or % for each direction. I thought I set it all up like the FAQ says, but that FAQ seems to be written by someone who knows this radio very well. This is the first time I have used mixes and I am completely lost.

Hi Dean,

From what you are saying it sounds like you need to set the percentages again. When setting these the first percentage screen you see will be for R/U, when you have this set to 100% you will then need to move the Aileron stick to the left, you will see the default 50% setting, while holding the stick to the left you will need to hit the plus key to set this rate to 100% also.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,

Dean;
Get a reversing Y connector at your local hobby shop. That way you Y connect both servos into one chanel. I have done it both ways, master/slave and the Y connector. I like the Y connector better.
