hi I just recieved my 7CAF and am in process of setting it up .
But Im having no sucess in getting my timer to start ! I can get it zeroed but it wont start the count up or down ! Ive tried it both ways count up or down !
I dont know if Im doing something wrong or if something is wrong with the trans. Ive read the timer and trottle stick activation thread . I would like the throttle start but would like it either way . can you tell me how to check or get it to start .
Like i said I dont know if there is something not right with the trans or with how Im trying to start it. thanks Ron

Hi rjbarthel,

When in the timer menu, after you have "uninhibited" the program, press your cursor once to get to the time and set this accordingly. Press the cursor once more and you will be at Mode, then decide if you want this to be Up or Down, next press the cursor once more and use your scroll button until you get to 3 (throttle channel), here you will have the choice of letting this be up throttle or down throttle to trigger your timer. Once you have set this action the way you want it, you will need to move your throttle stick to the position up or down that you want this ti start at, then you should then just be able to press the Dial and hold it til it beeps and you should see your timer working on your main screen.
