I need to replace the foam in my 9Z case. I want to use a factory replacement, not the pull-apart stuff. If not available from Futaba, would the JR replacement fit adequately?

We are not sure of the dimensions of the JR foam, but of course it simply needs to be the same as the original inserts for the 9Z case.

So, by that reply one could assume that no original replacement foam inserts are available?

I need one myself...

I have determined that the case foam replacement offered by JR will fit the Futaba case with little or no modification/addition of foam. To me, little things like this will make a big difference when it comes time to make a new radio selction.
