R136F Rx problems
Hello!
Please, what might be the problem with receiver R136F that with electric planes works flawlessly but with gas planes only works ok once in the air?
When on ground, or on approaches, it starts glitching at ca. 30 meters? (I no longer use this receiver in my gas planes).
It only had a couple hard landings, never crashed or rolled on the ground.
Xtal works ok on another R136F receiver.
Is this possible to fix?
Many thanks for any help.
Greetings from Portugal,
Pedro Costa

RE: R136F Rx problems
Hi Pedro,
Since we don't carry the R136F here in the US and have never had the opportunity to see it or use it, we would suggest that you contact someone in the country where this was purchased to see if it needs to be serviced.
If you are using this receiver on a plane that requires longer leads, you may want to purchase heavy duty leads with an inline filter such as FUTM4180. Or if you are using an ignition system, make sure that your receiver is mounted as far from this as possible.
I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.
Sincerely,
