Futaba S9550 gear sets
Hi, does Futaba currently offer a non-metal replacement gear set for the S9550 servo ?? I looked on the Futaba web site and see none is offered but it appears the list is somewhat dated. If Futaba currently does not offer a non metal gear set for the S9550, are there plans to in the future ?? I am currently using S9550's in the wings of a 2M glow pattern ship (EMC2 ) and would like to use them in a new 2M electric powered pattern ship I'm about to build but would like to save a little weight.

No, Futaba only offers the original gears that this servo was designed for and do not plan on a non-metal gear set anytime in the future.
