Gear sets and Tx stick springs
Are replacement gear sets that are non-metalic available for the 3305 servo?
Also, does Futaba offer replacement transmitter springs with more tension?

No, Futaba does not offer any non-metalic gear sets for the S3305.
Heavy duty springs can be purchased through your local hobby store or a mail order company such as Tower Hobbies, the part number and retail price for the springs is:
FUTM3640 HEAVY DUTY GIMBAL SPRINGS (3) retail price $1.29
