T7CAP - Flaperon

2 servos, 1 for each wing, CH1+CH6
Endpoints set individually
Aileron Differential set 10%
Flaperon Trim set to 20% down, 0% up on VR-knob

So far so good:
Using flaps and aileron will exceed the set endpoints, ripping off the slots of the hatch.

As I understood the manual, the once set endpoints will not be touched by setting the flap-trims?!

What is to do?

The only solution is to set the channels such that full mix will not over-drive the control surface. The 7C endpoints are only control the amount of normal throw. Adding a mixer can have the servo driven past that point.
