I imagine that you get many questions that require some amount of research before they can be answered.

Do you answer all legitimate questions that are posted? If yes, how long should one expect to wait for a reply? If it's going to take some time to research the answer, do you reply with a message to that effect?

I'm just trying to get an idea of what our expectations should be.
