Default servo problems

I have a airtronics quantum 8P radio and receiver, i changed the wiring on my futaba 3003 servos and they work great on this radio, I bought some new futaba 3004 servos and when i changed the wires in the connector to match my airtronics radio the servos don't work at all and now when i put the wiring back for my futaba radio they still do not work. I do nopt know if they ever work which i can not beleie or i damaged them changing the wires. What are my options? or are they burnt up? there is no warnings about matching airtronics and the 3003's work fine. Is this a fluke or what ??? would warentee cover these or do i throw them away?
Help... Thanks.. Jim S

It would be difficulty to say, without seeing the servos affected, but if they were damaged by reversed-polarity of the power leads, then the warranty would not apply. It will cost you less to just buy new servos than to even have them sent in to check. We could not repair them for what you can buy new ones for.

Thanks for replying, i kind of figured the cost would be a major factor in this. I just dont understand why the 3003's can be changed over but the 3004's wont work that way. the company must have changed something besides putting a bearing in the top of the servo.. Thanks for your time, i think futaba makes a great groupe of products...
