hello,
after i few years off from building i am starting up again on several multi engine projects.i have used 2 servos in a y harness for twins using futaba 135 servos[mini] can 4 servos be uded off a double y connecter for throttles on four engined aircraft?also what servo has replaced the 135?or is there another sevo recommended for mounting in small space in nacelle for just throttle?access will be limited and there will be vibration from the engine on the nacelle?needs to be reasonably priced.

I have used Futabas3101 micros for throttle on twins, work fine. Not cheap.
Yes, you can run four servos on a single rx port.
And any mini or micro servo will do the job, but be sure to have them all the same.
Bill.

To make sure all of the servos have the exact amount of throw for each engine, you may want to consider the Futaba Servo Synchronizer. Here's the stock number and suggested retail price:
FUTM4155 MSA10 SX SYNCHRONIZER $79.99
Here are the features:
It Couples up to Four Servos and electronically balances them to start and stop simultaneously for strong, smooth operation of even the largest control surfaces; plugs into a single rx channel.
You can adjust the end points and servo travel for each servo.
It also features reversing, so your servos can be mounted in the most efficient configuration possible.
These 4 servos can be powered separately from receiver.
You can purchase this through any hobby retailer who sells Futaba R/C systems and accessories.
