Default esc plug in on reciever

Iam trying to set up my 7c 2.4 to fly electric. When I hook everything up and plug in the battery/esc into the battery slot everything responds correctly except for my throttle. Is there something that I am missing? I have the 7 channel long range reciever that came with the radio when I purchased it.

I tried that but when I did the esc wouldn't "arm" the motor.  When I put it into the battery/7 spot it arms the motor but does't respond to any throttle movements.

Futaba's Throttle is reversed from what other brands would be.

Try going into the Reverse menu, change your throttle only and then completely reset your ESC.

Thank you for the help. It's greatly appreciated.  I never even thought about the servo reversing being an issue.  Gotta think outside the box sometimes.

not sure what rx you are using, but on all my electrics, the Esc does not plug into the battery plug, it plugs into channel 3, which is the throttle channel.
