Engine recommendation for this model.

DLE20 should be enough for this( it looks like it's a sport plane) a DLE30 may be a bit much. There are plenty of 26cc motors out there SPE, CRRC, Evo and so on...

There have been a few built using the OS 160 twin which weighs about the same amount as the 30cc DLE.
A later model called the Dragon Lady came out after this one.
The model is kind of old so it's beefy, foam wing, a good bit of ply. I'll probably cover it in some sort of iron on fabric.
The instructions recommend the 108 glow...

I had the Dragon Lady (same thing) with a ASP108. It flew great for a sport plane but most of my landings were dead stick because of the crap motor.ha

I would not try a gasser on this plane as it will weigh too much. 880 square inches is not much wing. I would use a Saito 1.20
