I thought about wood prop because it weight less. is wooden prop produce less vibrations then APC ?

I run APC. The durability and consistency they offer sport flying off a grass field outweigh any drawbacks for me, but that's just my call. The concern running them (or any composite prop) is that they could potentially bend the crank in the case of an accident. That potential, balanced against the fact wood props seldom have grass stains on them without breaking, is a risk I willingly take on. I haven't bent a crank using one - unless you want to count the time the cylinder broke off the crankcase as well. As you point out, they are heavier. Some will say they're sharp. That can be easily handled with some sandpaper while balancing. If you have a sharp APC it's because the prop wasn't prepared properly IMHO.

I'm thinking in a similar application about a Xoar 18 x 10 laminated. Light, strong and high speed.
You can try it first and let me now.
