Hello,

We have been experiencing carbon build-up in the Saito Gas Engine mufflers that we have had in use for some time. Noticing a gradual decrease in power we and the factory started looking into the innards of the mufflers and discovered quite a build-up of carbon. We have posted a Maintenance tip here:

Thank you very much. However, what oil and at what mix ratio was used in the cited engine? Thanks again.

That sample was using 20:1 with an all synthetic oil (I don't know the brand because the photo came from the factory in Japan).
