Default FUEL LINES

hi all,
havent been into petrol / gas type engines for long, I am having problems with the fill connectors, the plug on the fill end of the fill line, it is almost like it is stuck in with CA, I have to use a couple of pairs of pliers to get the stopper out, to fill the tank for the next flight I use crimped Brass tubing, I also have a crome finish stopper, same problem with both.

Oldtimer.

I used to have the same problem many years ago, since then I make my own fill points, which have a screw in fill valve.

Cheers

T Ghost,

I don't think that helps unless you are marketing those.

Like the teacher used to say in class when you got caught chewing gum, "Do you have enough for everyone?"

I'll take five....!

Sorry, I will remove the post so you all don't get to upset, supprised that this has not been marketed before. The OD thread is 10mm, cap thread is 8mm(RH for gas, LH for smoke) and the filling fitting is 1/4".
I don't have the equipment to more than what I use. Photo, brass one fuel, Alloy one smoke.

Cheers

actually Slimline makes almost the same thing except is a fuel valve............1 line to tank and 1 line to the carb. has the same screw on cap with it's own fueling nozzle which has a filter in it.
