I've seen people choke the Carb, and rock the prop back and forth on compression a few inches, and then again, I've seen people make several full 360* revolutions of the prop while choking. Which do you think is more effective ? Wouldn't a full revolution draw fuel further into the cylinder ?
Thanks .

Prop rocking is easier than the full flips. It is quite effective to draw the fuel to the carb.
Make sure you count the # of rocking motions such that the fuel is at the carb. Then a couple of flips to pop the engine. Next time, it will be a habit.

Rocking the prop just runs the fuel pump
To get fuel up into the combustion chamber, you need some full revolutions
This is described by Karolh
Engine created vacuum can suck fuel past the pump and metering valve and into the engine if the carb inlet is completely closed off while the engine is being turned over. (Not recommended)

This is exactly the reason that I asked the question. Thank you for verifying.
