Some of my wife's family went there from Italy after WWI.[8D] They are a very conflicted nation with three languages spoken by the people; this does not mean that all the people speak all three. Most Europeans who speak English speak it better than we do. After all it is a foreign language to them and they have to learn it right and speak it proper. More exposure to RCU will corrupt his usage of English to where we can better "understand" it.
