I fail to comprehend what that has to do with engine reliability statistics and the loads of drivle in all these forums. Yes, Belgium after a year of debating still has no government, but that fact also is not linked in any way to the OP's  message, which has the characteristics of a troll.

Some of my wife's family went there from Italy after WWI.[8D] They are a very conflicted nation with three languages spoken by the people; this does not mean that all the people speak all three. There are also three governing bodies, without full communication and agreement between them. There is more, but it just gets incredulous. []

Most Europeans who speak English speak it better than we do. After all it is a foreign language to them and they have to learn it right and speak it proper. More exposure to RCU will corrupt his usage of English to where we can better "understand" it.
