I have a few questions in regards to the DA100l ignition system. They do not have a manual or talk about it at all on DA official site.
I attached two pictures.
What type of connectiondo I have to solder on?
What type of on off switch works best/recommend?
Battery recommend?
I have a spare2000mah 6v nimh not sure if fine or not. Has a standard receiver plug. The ignition system says it needs 4/6volts nicad pack which is why I ask. Do not believe it matters. I believe nicad handle better in higher drain but I do not know if this is necessary.
Good kill switch setup?
Thank you for any help..apprecaite it

Once upon a time, when DA first sold that ignition, it had an Anderson Power Pole connector attached to the cut wires. The 15 amp version of that connector. That connector is also known as "Sermos" connector. The type of connector you choose is not important as long as it matches the opposite connector on the ignition switch.
The type of switch is also not teribly important as long as it is robust and reliable. Many people just use a $16.00 heavy duty radio switch. Others get carried away and spend big money on fancy switches with regulators, l.e.d.'s, and battery splitters. It's entirely up to you.
Your battery will work just fine.
