Hello,
I have read an italian forum where several Mintor 33 users are complaining about experiencing conrod problems...It appears that the problem does not occur in the Mintor 55.....
Anybody had similar problems elsewhere?
Am trying to decide between purchasing a Mintor 33 or another DLE 30 !

there was a video on youtube of someone from Rusia with some issues on the conrod, that was for the first batch Mintor 33 engines.
why don't you wait for the coming soon DLE 35R ?

it is not a conrod issue, but rather a crankpin problem.
the good news is if you have bought one i can assure you that as you have a Mintor it is backed by one of the best there is. Mintor are already aware of this and have done testing on the current cranks - they have found that some of the heat treatment of the crankpins has had problems. they have resolved it, and already tested new crankpins with good success. anyone that has one that they suspect has a problem i would suggest you contact your local supplier and i am sure it will be sorted out. Mintor are notoriuos for great backup and I know this will be no different.
