I have a Qudra 35 engine that I need to lengthen the plug cap cable on. How difficult is this to do, or is it possible? I need a little more length to get around my exhaust configuration. About 2". Any ideas of tips on the procedure would be great help. This is a magneto engine.

Replace thecoil with one that has a longer wire. I may even have one in my shop. Give me mounting hole dimensions and wire length and I will take a look.

I came to the conclusion that it would be better to make more room and will not have to lengthen the plug cap wire. I had to cut into an area of my plane I did not want to, but I think it will be best to leave the plug wire alone and stick with the current mag.
