Default RPM Sensor ? for a DA 60

I have a TM-1000 Telemetry unit and a DA 60. What works as an RPM Sensor? I have a HH Optical RPM Coupler and separate Optical Sensors. Trying to figure out if the DA will handle a Y off the Hal Effect circuit for a RPM Sensor as the DA does NOT have an RPM tap like the DLEs.

Sure use a real hall effect sensor The DA is a coil that shows a rise in voltage as the magnet passes,It is not a hall effect.

Sounds kind of primitive having to add another whole circuit when there is already one there. Think I'll do some experimenting with the timing signal circuit that is already there.
